ZEEKR 7X: a luxury SUV designed for the whole family

Designed as a “luxury SUV that satisfies every family member”, the ZEEKR 7X is aimed at modern families. Its dimensions are 4,825 mm in length, 1,930 mm in width and a 2,925 mm wheelbase. This layout strikes a balance between space, style and handling.

Whether it is used for city commuting, cross-city travel or light outdoor activities, the 7X offers both comfort and practicality.

The arched skyline contour and 0.618 golden ratio body create a refined silhouette. The design blends urban luxury with a youthful, sporty character. The 7X keeps the solid stance of a traditional luxury SUV while adding a more dynamic and modern feel.

A sporty front design, floating roof and strong rear profile give the 7X a clear presence in car parks, city streets and at hotel entrances. With six exterior colours and four interior themes, families with different tastes and lifestyles can easily find a combination that suits them.

Intelligent welcome features and cabin experience

The 7X features an integrated ZEEKR Stargate intelligent light curtain that adds both technology and ceremony to everyday use. This 93-inch panel uses 1,831 high-power LEDs and supports 13 welcome animations with real-time effects. Every time you walk up to the car, it feels like a personalised greeting for the whole family.

The SUV uses sensor-based frameless automatic doors. A single touch opens or closes each door. Even when you are carrying luggage or holding a child, you can still enter the cabin gracefully.
The rear doors open to almost 90 degrees, which makes it much easier to install child seats and to help children get in or out.

Family-oriented space and practical storage

Designed with real-world family use in mind, the 7X makes good use of every centimetre. The straight roofline provides generous rear headroom of up to 1,021 mm. Legroom extends to 1,187 mm, so taller passengers can stretch out on long journeys.

The cabin offers around 40 storage compartments. From the open front console to the digital-lock glovebox and door-arm storage, there is always a convenient place for everyday items.

The boot provides 905 litres of standard capacity, which is enough for most family trips. Folding the second row expands the space to 1,978 litres and creates a flat sleeping area for camping or outdoor use. The roof rails can support up to 75 kg, which suits surfboards, skis or extra luggage and helps keep the cabin tidy.

Comfort features tailored for families

The 7X uses premium materials to create a warm and inviting cabin. The roof and pillars are wrapped in soft suede with a feel similar to fine cashmere. These surfaces pair with Monaco Nappa full-grain leather seats to deliver a luxurious and skin-friendly touch.

The front seats use an eight-layer structure with slow-rebound foam. They stay soft yet supportive and come with ventilation, heating, memory and massage functions.

The second row is designed to feel like a family sofa. The powered backrest adjusts from 15 degrees to 134 degrees with stepless control. A 355 mm electric leg rest and a 215 mm slide range allow passengers to relax in many different positions.

Graphene heating covers both the cushion and the leg rest, so warming is faster and more even. An eight-point massage system with six modes and three intensity levels further improves comfort on long journeys.

A 5.3-litre smart refrigerator can maintain temperatures from minus 6 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius. It keeps drinks, baby formula and snacks at the ideal temperature. A 220-volt AC outlet with up to 2.2 kW output supports camping, mobile working and emergency power.

Heat protection, sun shading and cabin quietness

The 7X offers a complete solution for heat, glare and noise during everyday driving and holiday trips. A 1.35 m² electric sunshade on the roof closes at the touch of a button and blocks sunlight completely. Rear passengers also benefit from dual electric sunshades. These preserve the premium look of the frameless doors while adding privacy and up to 85 per cent heat reduction.

The SUV uses 119 individual noise-reduction measures, including sound-absorbing materials, vibration isolation and multi-layer insulation. Conversations, music and rest in the cabin are less disturbed by the outside environment. A motion-sickness relief algorithm adjusts energy recuperation, driving mode and brake comfort to keep the ride smooth and to reduce discomfort for passengers who are sensitive to motion.

900 V high-voltage system and range performance

Every ZEEKR 7X uses a 900 V high-voltage platform with integrated optimisation of the motor, control system and thermal management.

There are two battery options:

75 kWh Shield-Brick battery

103 kWh Kirin battery

• Around 10 minutes for 10 per cent to 80 per cent state of charge
• Around 10 minutes of charging adds about 570 km of range

This charging performance helps reduce range anxiety during frequent long-distance trips in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa.

Performance and chassis dynamics

On the road, the 7X behaves more like a high-performance SUV. Its silicon-carbide electric powertrain delivers 215 kW from the front motor and 370 kW from the rear motor. Combined torque reaches 812 Nm.

The 7X can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 2.98 seconds. Braking from 100 km/h to a standstill can take as little as 34.9 metres.

The chassis features a front double-wishbone and rear five-link layout, which improves support and steering feedback. Akebono fixed calipers and Brembo brake discs help to maintain stable braking performance, even under repeated high-intensity use.

Magic-Carpet air suspension and light off-road ability

The 7X is equipped with ZEEKR Magic-Carpet air suspension. It offers five ride-height settings, from 25 mm lower to 45 mm higher than the standard height. Compared with open-type air-suspension systems, adjustment speed improves by about 62 per cent and cabin quietness improves by about 20 per cent.

Ground clearance reaches up to 230 mm. With approach and departure angles of 22.2 degrees and 23.2 degrees, the 7X can handle shallow sand, rough tracks and small obstacles with ease.

A height control switch in the boot allows the rear of the vehicle to be lowered when loading heavy items. Geo-fencing can automatically adjust ride height in preset areas such as bumpy country roads, streets with many speed bumps or specific residential car parks.

The CCD damping system and intelligent predictive suspension scan the road ahead. The suspension is adjusted before the car reaches uneven surfaces, which keeps the ride smooth for all passengers.

Active and passive safety protection

The 7X uses an advanced body structure for safety. Its Golden-Staff steel frame incorporates a very long 2,000 MPa hot-formed steel member that runs from the A-pillar to the C-pillar.
This design improves protection in side impacts.

Third-generation crystalline body technology and a 7,200-tonne integrated rear aluminium casting further increase body rigidity. Rear-impact deformation is reduced by around 16 per cent compared with conventional steel structures.

The battery safety system uses a thermal-electrical separation design and a nine-layer underbody protection structure. In a frontal collision, the motor moves downwards to create extra space in front of the passenger cell.

A smart child safety seat helps limit neck movement in an impact and activates seat ventilation when temperatures rise. This gives younger passengers both better protection and better comfort.

Intelligent cabin and entertainment

The 7X uses the 5 nm Qualcomm 8295 cabin computing platform. It provides strong multitasking capability and headroom for future software updates. The 36.21-inch AR-HUD offers brightness of up to 12,000 nits and remains clear in strong sunlight or bad weather. The 16-inch 3.5 K Mini-LED central display combines high contrast with long-lasting brightness.

The ZEEKR Sound Pro audio system includes 21 speakers, 2,160 W of peak power and a 7.1.4 surround-sound layout. Titanium-diaphragm drivers and a “Sound Geek” tuning mode allow audio enthusiasts to fine-tune the sound experience.

The Zeekr AIOS system works with the Eva Family voice assistant and multimodal AI. It supports natural voice commands and more emotional features such as a welcome assistant, environment management and playful “Eva Compliments”. Mic-free karaoke brings more entertainment options to the cabin.

Intelligent driving and driver assistance

The 7X uses the H7 Qianli-Haohan intelligent-driving system with a Smart AI Agent architecture. It includes 31 high-performance perception sensors, standard LiDAR and a Thor-U processor with up to 700 TOPS of computing power.

Cloud-based and in-car computing work together to improve the system’s understanding of road conditions, risk prediction and driving decisions over time.

The 7X supports nationwide door-to-door navigation assistance, from one parking space to another. Its all-scenario parking suite handles a wide range of complex parking situations and reduces stress when manoeuvring a larger SUV in tight urban spaces.
