The 2025 XPeng G6 MAX 625KM Flagship is positioned as an “AI intelligent advanced SUV.” Its dimensions strike a balance between city-friendly agility and family practicality. With a length of 4,758 mm, a width of 1,920 mm and a wheelbase of 2,890 mm, the G6 MAX maintains a stable and well-proportioned stance. A height of 1,650 mm ensures ground clearance while preserving generous headroom.

The model comes in six exterior colours and three interior themes, giving users flexibility to shape their preferred style. Within XPeng’s SUV family, the G6 sits below the larger XPeng G9. The G6 focuses on agility, while the G9 offers a more upscale, full-size experience—providing clear options for different households.

The front row offers 1,060 mm of headroom and a 320 mm seating height, creating a relaxed posture and wide forward visibility. Rear passengers benefit from 1,035 mm of legroom and 1,021 mm of headroom, making long trips comfortable for both adults and children.

The boot provides 647 litres of space, expanding to 1,752 litres with the rear seats folded. A 6 kW external power output supports camping, outdoor equipment and long-distance trips. The 8.9-litre centre armrest compartment adds convenient storage for drinks and personal items.

🛋️ Cloud-Comfort Seating and Quiet Interior

The new Cloud-Comfort seats are designed for long-distance support. Heating, ventilation and massage functions are included in the front seats. The ergonomic design strikes a good balance between firmness and cushioning. Rear seats offer heating and an 11.4° reclining angle, allowing both upright and relaxed seating positions.

A panoramic glass roof with dual silver-coated layers blocks 99.9% of UV rays. The microfiber suede headliner maintains a refined appearance even under strong sunlight. Acoustic laminated glass and multi-layer insulation help reduce cabin noise to as low as 26 dB, creating a calm, library-like environment.

🎛️ AI Tianji Smart Cabin & Immersive Entertainment

The G6 MAX runs XPeng’s AI Tianji Smart Cabin, powered by the Snapdragon SA8295P chip. The 9-inch digital rear-view mirror provides a clear 1080p image in rain or at night. The 10.25-inch instrument display uses anti-glare and anti-smudge treatment to remain readable in bright conditions.

The 15.6-inch central touchscreen uses a 2.5K automotive-grade panel and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Its anti-reflective coating keeps the interface crisp and fluid. The Xopera 2.0 audio system features 18 speakers in a 7.1.4 layout, with a high-power amplifier and expert tuning that deliver rich, immersive sound.

⚡ Efficient 800V Platform & Smooth Ride Quality

The G6 MAX is built on XPeng’s 800V SiC high-voltage platform. It provides up to 625 km of CLTC range while keeping consumption as low as 12.5 kWh/100 km.

The standard 5C battery supports fast charging from 10% to 80% in about 12 minutes, with peak power reaching 451 kW. The electric drive system operates at 92% efficiency. XPeng’s X-HP 3.0 thermal management system uses a low-temperature heat pump to maintain efficiency in both hot and cold climates.

The chassis adopts a front double-wishbone and rear five-link structure. HRS hydraulic rebound dampers and XPeng’s Taiji bushing matrix filter out fine vibrations. Whether driving over speed bumps, rough roads or frequent stop-and-go traffic, the suspension tuning prioritises comfort.

🛡️ AI-Assisted Driving & Comprehensive Safety

AI-assisted driving is standard and works nationwide without route restrictions. The perception system uses XPeng’s single-pixel Lofic architecture, improving performance in backlight, low light and harsh light.

Two NVIDIA DRIVE Orin chips provide 508 TOPS of computing power. Perception range improves by around 125% and recognition speed increases by about 40%.

The battery uses a “4-3-4” layered protection design. The top withstands 1,000°C. The sides tolerate up to 80 tonnes of pressure. The bottom resists 2,000 J of impact energy. Triple short-circuit protection reacts within milliseconds. The integrated front-and-rear aluminium casting with a CIB battery-to-body structure gives the vehicle a torsional rigidity of 41,600 N·m/deg.

A high-strength steel-aluminium cage body, a sixteen-ring safety structure and six airbags form a robust, multi-layer protection system for all occupants.
