The updated exterior presents a cleaner and more assertive look. NIO’s signature Double-Dash daytime running lights now use a thicker light bar for stronger visual presence. The new ADB intelligent matrix headlights feature sharper contours. They adjust the beam automatically for clearer and safer night driving.

The rear profile has a more open and refined shape. High-gloss black trim adds width and stability to the stance. With a length of 4,854 mm, a 2,915 mm wheelbase and short overhangs, the ES6 feels composed both in tight city traffic and at highway speeds.

The interior follows NIO’s philosophy of purity, warmth and forward-looking design. Premium materials and soft textures create a relaxed and welcoming environment. The multi-layer comfort seats use an eleven-layer structure with NIO-AIR composite foam. This design keeps long trips comfortable and supportive.

Both front seats offer eighteen-way adjustment, heating, ventilation and massage. The Queen Seat includes a one-touch Zero-Gravity mode that eases pressure during extended travel.

The second row has wider and softer headrests, more comfortable armrests and a more practical storage layout. The Easy-Entry function moves the seat automatically when passengers get in or out, making shared family use easier. Cargo space measures 670 litres and expands to 1,496 litres with the second row folded, offering flexibility for travel, camping and carrying larger items.

A large panoramic sunroof brightens the cabin. All glass panels block 99.9% of UV rays. The front side windows include an IR-blocking layer to reduce heat buildup. The CDC dynamic damping system responds to changing road surfaces within milliseconds. 4D Comfort Navigation identifies uneven sections ahead and adjusts the suspension before the vehicle reaches them. ISS (Intelligent Smooth Stop) reduces braking jolts for a more natural driving feel in everyday use.

The ES6 uses a hybrid steel-aluminium structure with reinforced casting in key areas. It meets Chinese and European five-star safety standards. Seven airbags and NIO’s in-house BMS battery safety system add comprehensive protection. Fast charging, battery swapping and upgrade support offer flexible energy solutions for different usage scenarios.
